What does the selected media sector entail?

The media and entertainment industry consists of film, television, radio and print these also includes movies, TV shows, radio shows, news music, newspapers, magazines, and books.

The main five sectors are television, video games, print, publishing and also internet.

The type of stuff that can be involved in TV production can vary depending on wether the production is drama or factual a single camera documentary or a live multi camera.

A film is a work of visual art that simulates experiences and otherwise communicates ideas stories perceptions feelings atmosphere or beauty they do this by moving images.

You will also need to know elements that come with film which are stuff like cinematography, sound, mise-en-scene, editing and narrative. These five elements help make a film but also determine the film and a way to judge a film.

The film industry or motion picture industry comprises the technological and commercial institutions of filmmaking.

There are three main compoents of the film industry the three key stages that need to take place are pre production also know as planning this is the stuff you do before recording, production this is filming when you have started to make your product and last is post productions this is when you have finished you product and you start adding your final touches to your product

Raido

Radio is something you can listen to almost everywhere the main place where someone would listen to a radio is in a car but you can also listen to radios in many different areas as well like on your phone.

There are many different type of radios for people to listen to one example is you can listen to a radio that plays music or it could be a podcast where you just listen to people talk about a specify topic there are many times of different radio channels for people to listen to.

The different forms of radio are a podcast which is where it would be two people or more and they talk about a topic and their views on the topic. Another example of a radio is a radio where they play music so in this radio they would just play many songs on the radio channel for the people listen. Another example is commercial radio this radio is used for advertising or commercial programming as funding. There are still many different types of radio.

One legal issues you would have to worry about is copyright because if you are a radio company that plays music if you play a song or a sound that you don't have the right to you could get copyrighted losing a lot of money. To avoid this make sure you have permission to play something first and if you dont have the right to play the song or sound dont play it.

The type of jobs you can get in the radio industry are radio broadcast assistant, broadcasters and DJ, radio producer, radio presenter and station manager 

You may need specific degree subjects required for specialist programs. Stuff like english and media performance may be preferred.

The key skills that would be required for the sector are skills like communication the reason for a skill like this is because in radios a lot of talking is done so you would need to know how to speak to the people listening or the people that are in the podcast with you. 

You would also need to have confidence in yourself when speaking. Also to have aa clear voice when speaking.

The most common type of employment are radio producers, radio presenters or hosts, broadcast journalists, broadcast engineers. A radio presenter is a host radio programs such as talkback shows, music programs, news bulletins or programs relating to specific content or communities.

Broadcast journalists research and present the news on TV, radio and the internet

What is expected in in good behaviour is timing you would be expected to come in to work on time so that you can start at the time people would be expecting you to start. Also you would need to be respectful  with the way you talking because a lot of people will be listening to you and there might be people in the studio as well listening.

3D animation is the process of creating moving images in a three-dimensional (3D) environment, giving the illusion that these digital objects are moving through a 3D space.
